The role is responsible for defining the segment strategy, driving commercial excellence across all regions, shaping the product and pricing architecture, and ensuring coordinated execution between Regional Managing Directors and local Road Transport teams. Skilled at building cross-functional alignment and leading through collaboration. Strong external presence and ability to represent the company with major fleets, OEMs, partners, and industry bodies. Strategic thinker with a bias for action, analytical rigor, and high commercial acumen.
