Monitor deadlines, approvals, and deliveries to prevent delays in customer service.Monitor internal actions within the Service Support department. Ensure that actions resulting from incidents, modifications, or maintenance are completed.Monitor the weekly activity plan. Review the status of interventions, updates, repairs, or maintenance activities.Monitor resource needs originating from Service Support.
