HUBMASTER is a general provider of intralogistics and warehouse automation solutions. We design and integrate turnkey ASRS systems based on our proprietary multi-aisle stacker crane technology, together with automated handling equipment, control systems and our HMWare Warehouse Control System.
As part of our continued international growth, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that equipment, components and processes meet HUBMASTER quality requirements, applicable technical standards and customer specifications.
The position will have a strong focus on manufacturing quality across our supplier network, while also supporting the development and continuous improvement of the company's internal quality processes.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain quality requirements for outsourced manufacturing, purchased components and project-specific equipment.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, bills of materials and manufacturing documentation from a quality perspective.
- Prepare and manage quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs),



inspection checklists and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor supplier manufacturing processes and verify compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications and applicable standards.
- Coordinate and perform inspections at suppliers' facilities, including dimensional, visual, welding, coating, assembly and functional inspections.
- Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and ensure that findings are documented and resolved before shipment.
- Review material certificates, welding records, inspection reports, calibration certificates and other manufacturing quality documentation.
- Manage non-conformities, root-cause analyses and corrective and preventive actions with suppliers and internal teams.
- Evaluate, qualify and periodically audit suppliers based on their technical capabilities and quality performance.
