MDC integrates Schneider Electric products into modular, factory‐tested enclosures and delivers complete turnkey solutions to destination countries.The Business Development Manager role is dynamic, with simultaneous responsibilities focused on keeping MDC messaging relevant, competitive, and aligned with evolving customer expectations. This includes supporting traditional routes to market, enabling sales engagement, collaborating with customers, and conducting ongoing market research to anticipate future technology, sustainability, and industry trends impacting the MDC segment.Close engagement with R&D;, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and other Business Units is essential to understand market perception, identify needs for updated messaging and training, and detect new business opportunities.



Strong presentation and training capabilities ensure that MDC's value proposition is clearly communicated to both internal and external stakeholders.A passion for innovation is a defining characteristic of this role. Success depends on understanding how the evolving IT landscape—AI, high‐density compute, liquid cooling, Edge, modular construction—reshapes customer needs and how MDC can unlock business value for diverse segments.
