and administrative coordination to ensure smooth project delivery.Audit project plans and processes to ensure compliance with project management standardsProvide governance, methodology, and administrative support across both Waterfall and Agile project teamsTrack the departmental budget and consolidate multi-source budget data into clear Excel reportsManage all vendor contracts, maintain contractor logs, oversee PO processes, and track renewal schedulesAdminister Atlassian Jira, managing accesses, governance, and space creation for the development teamMaintain and structure the departmental SharePoint workspace, user accesses, and document repositoryPrepare portfolio dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, and capacity tracking against active contractsAssist Project Managers with baseline management, schedule updates, progress monitoring, and RAID log maintenanceProvide direct administrative and executive support to department leadership, including calendar coordination and taking meeting minutesOK
