Job Description:Mission & DutiesThe duties and responsibilities of the Onboard Safety Critical Senior Software Engineer for the Department of Air Refueling Software will be the following:To be in charge of the Software Requirements Specification for the Onboard Safety Critical Computing Platforms developed inside the AR Domain.To be in charge of the Hardware/Software Integration Testing for the Onboard Safety Critical Processing Units developed inside the AR Domain.To be involved in the development of the Software DO-178B/C DAL A/B for the Onboard Processing Units developed under the responsibility of the Air Refueling domain, and to be involved in its verification (testing, reviews and analysis).To share the responsibility of the Software Certification Process of such Software in front of the Certification Authorities in order to demonstrate the compliance with the RTCA DO-178B/C DAL A/B Objectives.To lead R&T; and R&D; projects to evolve to new technological frameworks in the Safety Critical Airborne Systems development and certificationSkillsFor such purposes the following skills are required:Advance knowledge in Artificial Intelligence technologyDemonstrated previous experience in the usage of AI techniquesKnowledge in Software Certification Processes and Regulation (RTCA DO-178B/C up to DAL A/B).Advanced level of knowledge of C/C++ and Ada95/2012 programming language.Advanced level of knowledge of modelling languages and environments as UML and SysML, Matlab/Simulink and SCADE Suite/Display.Demonstrated previous experience in Software Certification Processes applying the RTCA DO-178B/C up to DAL A/B.Advanced level of knowledge on Static Timing Analysis and optimization techniques.Advanced level of knowledge on Design Constraints and optimization techniques.Knowledge on Code Static Analysis techniques including such based on abstract interpretation.Knowledge on SW Verification Techniques considering Software Hardware/Software Integration and Software Integration T
