About Dreiven
Dreiven is the first firm specialising in AI-first transformation in Europe. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with technologically advanced companies — B2B SaaS, FinTech and adjacent verticals — to redesign their operations with AI as the substrate, not as a peripheral tool. We just launched the 2026 Founding Program with 5 companies and we need a hands-on engineer to help us build.
The role
Freelance, project-based, 100% remote from anywhere in the EU. You'll work directly with the Dreiven founder on client engagements: building the systems that turn client operations AI-first. Fullstack, data, DevOps — you pick the areas you're strongest in and we cover the rest between us.
Not looking for a super-senior architect. Looking for a good engineer who ships, learns fast, and enjoys owning a piece end-to-end.
What you'll actually do
- Build small services in Python or Node.js that wrap LLM APIs into real operational workflows.
- Set up data pipelines that unify a few client sources into a clean context layer.
- Wire up infra: Docker, CI/CD, a lightweight cloud setup on AWS or GCP.




- Ship the frontend when the engagement needs a small internal dashboard (React or similar).
- Write the code the client's team will own after we hand over — clear, tested, documented.

You fit if
- 3+ years shipping software in production. Any stack, we care about how you think.
- Comfortable in at least two of: backend (Python or Node), frontend (React or similar), data (SQL and pipelines), DevOps (Docker, cloud, CI).
- Curious about LLMs and agents — you've built at least one thing with them, even a side project.
- Good English (spoken and written). Spanish is a plus.
- You like small teams, fast decisions and owning outcomes.

You do NOT need
- A PhD, an ML research background or 8 years of AI architecture.
- To know every framework we mention.
- Prior consulting experience.
