About the Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Xebia, you will join a dynamic DevOps Engineering team in a high-energy, collaborative environment.



This role is suited for an experienced DevOps engineer who enjoys leading project planning, shaping architecture, and delivering modern, scalable solutions.
You will play a key role in designing, building, and supporting robust platforms, while helping drive automation, reliability, and security across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Promote and foster a strong DevOps culture across engineering teams
- Design, build, and support scalable product platforms
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Develop and improve telemetry and monitoring systems to ensure high reliability
- Strengthen security practices and ensure protection of company data
- Manage system administration with a focus on stability, performance, security, and capacity planning
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and integrate them where appropriate
