The role involves coordinating payment-related activities, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring payments are delivered accurately, compliantly, and within agreed timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the end-to-end administration of investigator and site payments across assigned clinical studies, from study start-up through to close-out.Ensure payment systems are configured accurately, including study budgets,



payment triggers, visit schedules, and invoiced activities.Support study start-up activities by planning and coordinating payment-related milestones to enable timely site payments.Review and validate EDC and payment data to ensure accurate payment generation and resolve any payment discrepancies or failures.Provide guidance on the setup and maintenance of site contracts and budgets within payment systems, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements.Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring payments, invoices, and queries are handled efficiently and in line with agreed standards.Investigate and resolve complex payment issues involving contracts, budgets, regulatory requirements, tax considerations, currencies, and site-specific circumstances.Monitor payment performance across studies, identifying trends, risks, and root causes of delays while implementing correc
