As part of a dynamic IT & HR team, youll help optimize internal workflows, provide technical and functional support, and contribute to the digital transformation of HR. · Handle incidents, evolutive changes, and business requirements in HR processes.
· Parameterize and maintain SAP HCM modules (PA, PY, PT).
· Participate in functional testing, validations, and go-live activities.
· Prepare clear functional and technical documentation.
· Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.




· Learn new applications and technologies within the HR ecosystem.
: SAP HCM (PA, PY, PT), ABAP/4, SQL, SAP S/4, SuccessFactors, Fiori, CPI, Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Jira/ServiceNow.
