Job Description: HSSE ManagerLocation: Heredia, CRClient: Client SitePosition Type: Full-timeLead and implement comprehensive Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) programs at the client's facilities, ensuring full regulatory compliance, fostering a proactive safety culture, minimizing risks, and protecting employees, assets,



and the environment while supporting operational excellence and business continuity.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSSE policies, procedures, and programs aligned with local regulations (NOMs, STPS), international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001), and client-specific requirements.Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and workplace inspections to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions across all facility operations.Lead incident investigation processes for accidents, near-misses, and security events, performing root cause analysis, documenting findings, and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.Manage emergency response preparedness including development of emergency action plans, coordination of evacuation drills, fire safety programs, and crisis management protocols.Provide HSSE training and awareness prog
