Hiring: Backend Cloud-Native Engineer (Java, AWS, Kubernetes) Role

Role Summary
We are looking for a

Backend Cloud-Native Engineer

to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs within an AWS cloud environment.
The role requires strong expertise in

Java/Spring , cloud-native architectures, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes, with exposure to modern technologies such as

Go, Event-Driven Architecture, and Infrastructure as Code .

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using

Java (Spring Boot) .
Develop and support microservices in

AWS cloud environments .
Contribute to the adoption and evolution of

Go

as part of the technology stack.
Define and maintain API specifications using

OpenAPI .
Build and operate solutions using AWS services such as

Lambda

and

DynamoDB .
Design and implement





cloud-native and distributed architectures .
Manage containerized applications using

Docker

and deploy them on

Kubernetes .
Apply engineering best practices including:
Automated Testing
Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Software Quality Standards
Develop basic automation scripts using

Bash .
Collaborate with development, platform, and infrastructure teams.
Drive platform improvements through new technologies and architectural patterns.
Support event-driven and messaging-based solutions.
Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
