Requirements:Higher or Intermediate Vocational Qualification in the specialisms of Systems and Telecommunications,Electrical Engineering or Electronics, or similar fields related to the area.IPC certification relevant to the role.ESD training.At least 10 years’ experience in technical roles within the field.Knowledge of SAP.What will your responsibilities be?Staff supervision and training: providing training and guidance to new employees.Monitoring staff performance to identify areas for improvement.Implementing mentoring programmes to ensure knowledge transfer.Compiling and reporting on lessons learnt on a weekly basis.Ensuring the correct execution of manufacturing processes by working with the quality team to anticipate potential execution failures.Improving and implementing new procedures to reduce the defect rate.Identifying individuals who require support from an experienced mentor.Incident management: being available to address technical or production inciden
