This role combines hands-on technical support,



troubleshooting, process improvement, root cause analysis, and documentation management to enhance equipment reliability,processperformance,andproductionquality.Thepositionworkscloselywithcross-functionalteamstoimplementautomationprojects,controlsystemmodifications,andcontinuousimprovementinitiatives.About Your RoleDiagnoseandtroubleshootPLCs,HMIs,sensors,actuators,variablefrequencydrives,servosystems,machinevisionsystems,industrialnetworks,andautomatedequipment.Develop,test,validate,anddocumentcontrolsystemmodificationsfollowingplantstandardsandchangemanagementprocedures.Leadandsupportcontinuousimprovementprojectsfocusedonreducingscrap,downtime,processvariation,andoperationalerrors.Maintainupdatedbackupsofprograms,machineparameters,recipes,andconfigurationstoensureequipmentrecoverability.Implementinterlocks,alarms,poka-yokes,andtraceabilitysystemstoprotectcriticalproductandprocesscharacteristics.Parti
