You'll own end-to-end compliance, lead governance committees, and drive a culture of prevention that protects customers and strengthens trust.What will you do? Manage the offer safety system including Steering and Review Committees with leadership accountability at entity level Approve severity classifications for releases and execute safety alerts in alignment with company prevention directives Develop and deploy safety prevention plans prioritized by business analysis and risk assessment Conduct maturity assessments and ensure compliance with safety training and regulatory requirements across teamsWhat are the key skills we are looking for?
