Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH),Feel free to apply if you are also open to relocation Main tasks and accountabilities will be:Ensuring the operation of core banking applications in respect to application management (2nd level support)Processing of incident tickets generated by monitoring systems and the local service desk within SLAsPerforming coordination / communication tasks between incident managers, applications service owners,
