The Sales Manager drives sales performance across Corporate, Groups, Associations, and Transient segments, delivering revenue growth for assigned properties and supporting the wider portfolio's commercial objectives. The role focuses on developing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and maximizing revenue in line with ACHM and Marriott strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
- Conduct client meetings, sales calls, and site inspections.
- Collaborate with local and integral sales teams.

Revenue Performance
- Deliver assigned revenue goals and commercial KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.




- Support demand generation and business growth initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure effective communication between clients and hotel teams.
- Resolve issues and support guest satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 - 4 years'
- Proven success in account management and business development.
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 - C2); Portuguese is an advantage.
- Availability to travel.
- Marriott experience is highly desirable.
