Hotel Vella Nit Hotel Vella Nit is a luxury boutique hotel with only 5 rooms. We started operating 1 year ago and are consolidating our business and growth. Our guests come to enjoy a relaxing time in Canet de Mar. Guests are both national as international. The person we are looking for will grow together with the hotel and a partnership can be envisaged on the longer term. around 25 hours/weekstart in August or SeptemberTasks: guest relations including first contact for guests (phone and via booking platforms) front desk tasks (check- in, answer questions by guests, cover extra fees, etc) ensure online checkin, arrival information is shared, etccheck rooms are ready for arrival of guestsrelay key information regarding checkin/checkout to cleaning crewadministrative tasks (guest book, breakfast orders, etc) ensure smooth running of the hotel and help coordinate interventions if needed develop growth strategies (catering option) and marketing and sales opportunities Work schedule Thursday to Monday with presence from 15h00 to 18h00 and according to further needs with a maximum of 25 hours weekly. Work schedule can also include some remote tasks (online follow up and guest communications) .
