Key Responsibilities1. App Productionization & Stack StandardizationMap and refactor raw AI-generated code into our standardized enterprise tech stack (e.g., TypeScript, React/Next.js, Python/FastAPI, Node.js), eliminating unsupported or niche libraries introduced by AI tools.Enforce architectural standards by restructuring unstructured code into modular, maintainable microservices or enterprise-approved monoliths.Audit and optimize database schemas and queries, ensuring alignment with standardized data engineering practices (PostgreSQL, approved Vector DBs).2. AI Governance & Enterprise GuardrailsImplement strict production-grade guardrails for AI safety, enforcing data privacy (PII/PHI masking), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and prompt injection mitigation.Establish and standardize LLM Evaluation (LLMOps) and observability pipelines (e.g., LangSmith, Phoenix) to continuously monitor model drift, cost-governance ceilings, latency, and hallucination rates.Standardize the integration of LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks to ensure all business apps use approved,



secured API gateways and foundational models.3. CI/CD, DevOps & Automated ComplianceBuild and mandate automated CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) that include mandatory governance gates: SAST/DAST security scans, dependency vulnerability checks, and automated linting for code standardization.Manage standardized, containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) to ensure consistent cloud environments.Set up automated unit, integration, and regression testing protocols that vibe-coded applications must pass prior to production release.4. Developer Governance & "Paved Roads"Collaborate with business users and product managers to transition vibe-coded MVPs into production while enforcing strict IT governance and compliance guidelines.Create and distribute standardized "paved road" templates, pre-approved UI components, and architectural blueprints
