To support its continued expansion, the company is looking for a temporary People Operations Specialist based in Barcelona, working in a hybrid model. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to People Operations across multiple EMEA countries, partnering with diverse teams in a dynamic, international, and high-growth environment.
About The RoleThe People Operations Specialist, EMEA will play a key role in supporting operational excellence and employee experience across multiple EMEA countries, with a strong focus on Spain, the UK,



and Portugal. This role combines hands‑on operational execution, regional compliance knowledge, process optimization, and cross‑functional partnership in a fast‑paced global environment.
What You Will DoEmployee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes across assigned EMEA countries, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with local requirements
- Coordinate and execute employee lifecycle changes including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations
- Support offboarding processes in partnership with People Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, and IT, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation
- Administer Leave of Absence (LOA) processes, including medical leaves, parental leave, and other statutory or company leaves, ensuring compliance with local legislation
- Ensure employee documentation, contracts, right-to-work documentatio
