In this role you lead a global enablement function focused on aligning GTM strategy with revenue outcomes. You scale programs across Sales, Customer Success and related teams, driving productivity and reducing churn through data-driven enablement and AI-powered coaching. You’ll partner with senior leaders to implement measurable improvements at scale, shaping how the organization learns and performs. • Set and drive a integral enablement vision with a team of 8 across Enablement Business Partnering, Program Development, Operations, and AI
• Partner with senior GTM leadership to align enablement strategy with global business outcomes
• Build and scale programs to improve seller productivity, manager effectiveness, and GTM execution




• Define and execute an enablement roadmap prioritizing high-impact performance needs
• Foster high performance through coaching, feedback, and accountability
• Oversee quality and execution of the integral program portfolio, from onboarding to leadership development
• Define and operationalize success metrics linking programs to revenue outcomes
• Drive AI transformation with AI-powered coaching, call analysis, and automated workflows

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales/CS Enablement or a related commercial excellence function
• 5+ years of inspiring and leading teams
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior commercial leaders
• Experience operating across Sales and Customer Success in a global B2B SaaS or tech environment
• Strong xqbhyrx command of revenue methodologies, customer lifecycle management and performance metrics
• Evidence of linking enablement strategy to measurable business outcomes
• Practical experienc
