and release planningLead Finance tools projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologiesCoordinate cross-functional global teams across Finance and ITEnsure operational stability through incident, request, and change managementManage system escalations and drive timely resolution of critical issuesCollaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align priorities and governanceLead audit, risk, and compliance activities for Finance toolsDrive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across systemsPresent project updates, risks, and strategy to senior managementRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related fieldStrong experience with ServiceNow and Finance processes5+ years of experience in project leadership, product ownership, or similar rolesExperience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Experience working with general, cross-functional teamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to operat
