In this role you drive the Europe-wide services business for TD SYNNEX, shaping the go-to-market and accelerating high-margin, recurring revenue. You will lead cross-country initiatives, partner with vendors and internal teams, and position Services as a key market differentiator. You’ll tackle growth, profitability, and market expansion while developing a high-performing, international team. • Define and execute the European go-to-market strategy for TD SYNNEX Services
• Drive revenue, profitability and market share growth across Professional Services, Managed Services, Cloud, Security and Lifecycle Services
• Lead strategic initiatives targeting Services products and enterprise-focused channel partners
• Build executive relationships with key vendors,



partners and internal stakeholders across Europe
• Accelerate services attachment rates across product, software, cloud and solution-led opportunities
• Partner with country sales leaders to create scalable sales motions, pipeline generation programs and growth plans
• Identify new market opportunities, emerging technologies and service offerings aligned with strategic priorities
• Lead forecasting, performance management and business planning for European Services
• Drive sales enablement and adoption of Services within regional and country sales organizations
• Develop and mentor a high-performing, international team while fostering collaboration across markets
