The Opportunity
As Director of

IT you will lead the technology agenda acr oss Europe and North Amer ica, serving as a trusted advisor to business leadership and the primary interface between regional operations and Group IT.

you will be responsible for driving digital transformation, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning technology investments with business priorities. Success in this role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can balance innovation, governance, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the regional Digital & IT strategy, ensuring alignment with general objectives and business priorities.
Lead digital transformation, enterprise application, and technology initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
Act as the strategic technology partner to senior business leaders, identifying opportunities, shaping demand, and prioritizing investments based on business value.
