The service ensures continuous operational support for sportsbook activities, enabling stable and consistent delivery of betting services.THE CHALLENGE
You will take on a staff, hands-on role within the database team, directly supporting the 24/7 operation of MSS and customer databases.

You will be actively involved in the design, administration, and support of database systems across development, test, and production environments.




You’ll be expected to take ownership of complex technical work-resolving incidents, delivering technical implementations, and working closely with engineers, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure robust, secure, and high-performing database services under high transaction volumes.Key ResponsibilitiesHands-On Technical ContributionTake ownership of complex database activities including performance tuning, troubleshooting, migrations, and architecture design.Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex incidents, including performance degradation, locking and blocking issues, and data integrity problems.Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support critical production systems.Promote and apply best practices in database administration, tuning, query optimisation, documentation, and automation.Technical Database ManagementPerform hands-on installation, configuration, tuning, patching, and upgrading of
