We are looking for an experienced
Product Owner
with strong expertise in
Sales Compensation, Sales Enablement, CRM, and enterprise platform delivery
to join our team in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with:
Sales Compensation
rules, including
New vs. Renewal, Quota, and Credit
processes
WXP platform , including:
Customer Master
Product Master
Subscription modules
WXP-led
Sales Enablement
Transactional
upfront billing
SFDC MDM integration
for credit accuracy
MSP entitlement flows
Partner tier management
Dual-program backlog management
Cross-vendor coordination
Cross-functional program and stakeholder management
Required Skills
Salesforce CRM ecosystem
Sales Compensation
Customer, Product & Subscription Master data
SFDC MDM
Contractual and transactional flows such as
BRIM, Tera, and Apollo
MSP entitlement flows
Product Ownership and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong stakeholder and cross-functional coordination skills
Preferred Certifications
Certifications in any of the following would be an advantage:
Product Ownership
Agile/Scrum
Salesforce
Sales Operations
Enterprise Platform Management

7+ years of relevant experience
Strong background in
Product Ownership and platform delivery
Solid understanding of
Sales Compensation and Sales Enablement
Comfortable managing multiple programs/backlogs and coordinating with multiple vendors
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Willing to work
3 days onsite in Barcelona every week
