As Senior Director, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Bain’s AI-enabled products within the Customer Experience Transformation portfolio. You’ll align product vision with Bain’s growth goals, working with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable client impact. This role blends strategy, commercialization, and continuous product evolution to scale innovative CX solutions. A key part of the role is shaping a repeatable, differentiated product portfolio and driving adoption across senior client stakeholders.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle management for priority AI-enabled products within CXT
• Translate business strategy into product priorities, MVPs, launch plans, and long-term roadmaps
• Make build/buy/partner decisions in collaboration with the GSL
• Partner with technical, commercial, and client-facing teams to define product requirements and deliver scalable solutions




• Drive product discovery with Partners, case teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities
• Develop business cases, product narratives, demonstrations, enablement materials, and commercialization plans
• Define and monitor product success metrics (adoption, usage, commercial performance, client impact)
• Lead ongoing product enhancement through feedback, market developments, and AI capabilities
• Foster strong product management discipline across the CXT portfolio and cohesive offering
• Lead the Evolution of CVCP: define roadmap, standardize components, ensure data/analytical capabilities
• Shape Athena and Engagement Acceleration: commercialization priorities, deployment models, value acceleration
• Build Bain's Synthetic Customers Capability: long-term vision, scalable features, leveraging proprietary data
