A strategic and visionary Manager PMO to deliver/lead the enterprise-wide Project Management Office and drive project management and change across the organisation. The role is of key strategic importance and is crucial in shaping our project governance strategy, optimising project delivery frameworks, and aligning the project portfolio with corporate objectives. The role requires a proven track record of building and scaling PMO functions in complex, matrixed environments, combined with exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications, skills and experience

- 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program management, including 5+ years leading PMO functions at an enterprise or divisional level.
- Proven success managing large, complex portfolios and transformation programs across multiple business domains.
- Strong knowledge in project delivery frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2,



Agile, MSP or P30) and governance best practices.
- Executive-level presence with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus across C-suite and senior stakeholders. (English language is essential)
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in project/portfolio management tools (e.g., , Wrike, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure Dev Ops). As well as MS Office applications to a high level Teams, SharePoint, Excel etc.
- Business Management acumen or related field; PMP, PgMP, or comparable credential, to degree level, is desirable.
- Operational experience in Aviation or Air Cargo related role would be beneficial.
- Experience in warehouse construction, Material Handling Systems (MHS) or engineering would also be highly welcome.
