The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to develop and grow business across Catalonia for an established distributor of polymer raw materials, engineering plastics and technical materials.
This is a hands-on commercial role combining new business development with strategic account management. You will take ownership of the territory, develop existing customer relationships and identify new opportunities across the plastics processing and wider industrial market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales across the Catalonia Region.
- Identify and win new customers within plastics processing and industrial manufacturing.
- Grow existing accounts through new products, applications and commercial opportunities.
- Sell assigned portfolio of polymer raw materials, engineering plastics,



compounds and specialty materials.
- Build relationships with purchasing, technical, R&D;, production and management teams.
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable material solutions.
- Manage the complete commercial process from prospecting and quotations through negotiation and closing.
- Work closely with suppliers and technical teams to develop new applications and opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, competitor activity and customer demand.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate commercial forecasts.
- Attend customer meetings, trade fairs and industry events.

Your Background
We are looking for someone with established commercial experience within polymers, plastics or technical raw materials.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in polymer or raw-material distribution.
- Strong B2B sales, account management and business development exper
