A leading data center developer is establishing a new France-based joint venture and is looking to appoint a Senior Financial Controller to lead the finance function through its next stage of growth.

This is a senior, hands-on finance leadership role, working across French statutory requirements and international shareholder reporting.

Key responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end finance, accounting and reporting cycle
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close and management reporting
- Oversee French statutory accounts, tax, VAT and audit requirements
- Manage and govern an outsourced accounting service provider
- Establish robust financial controls, governance and processes
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial performance reporting
- Support shareholder,



Board and management reporting
- Drive finance systems, automation and process improvements
- Develop the roadmap for potentially bringing finance operations in-house as the JV scales

What we’re looking for:

-
- 10+ years’ progressive finance/accounting experience
- 5+ years in a senior Financial Controller, Finance Manager or Head of Finance position
- Strong experience across xqbhyrx financial control, statutory reporting, tax and governance
- Strong understanding of French accounting/statutory requirements
- Professional accounting qualification – CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, DSCG or equivalent
- Fluent French and strong English communication skills preferred
- Comfortable operating in a lean, start-up environment with significant ownership and autonomy
