We are looking for a Data Scientist specializing in optimization to help solve complex business challenges by applying advanced metaheuristic techniques to find optimal solutions.
About the roleAs a Data Scientist specializing in optimization, you will work on challenging projects that require translating complex business rules into mathematical constraints and developing robust optimization algorithms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and bring custom optimization solutions into production.
What we're looking for
- Degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in optimization roles.
- Strong experience with metaheuristic techniques (Genetic Algorithms, PSO, SA) and linear optimization/solvers (Gurobi, CPLEX, PuLP, Pyomo, OR-Tools, DEAP, Optuna).




- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, SciPy) and translating complex operational rules into mathematical models.
- Experience in algorithm evaluation, fine-tuning, sensitivity analysis, and collaborating with delivery teams to productionize models (AWS experience is a plus).
