Position ObjectiveLead and oversee all financial operations for the facilities management account, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost control, and analysis, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with accounting standards,



and strategic financial guidance to support operational decision-making and deliver value to the client and JLL.Key ResponsibilitiesManage comprehensive financial operations for the account including monthly close processes, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and accurate reporting to both client and JLL leadership within established deadlines.Develop and manage annual operating budgets (OPEX) and capital expenditure plans (CAPEX), conducting quarterly forecasts and reforecasts to ensure financial targets are met and providing strategic recommendations for cost optimization.Perform detailed financial analysis of operational performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and presenting actionable insights to site leadership and client stakeholders.Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely vendor payments, accurate client invoicing, cash flow management, and resolution of billing discrepancies or disputes.Implement and maintain
