The purpose of this role is to provide field-based medical and scientific expertise, fostering scientific exchange and supporting informed healthcare decision-making within the assigned territory.
The MSL will:Serve as a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders across relevant disease areas.Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with leading experts, healthcare institutions, and other scientific stakeholders.Contribute to medical strategy through high-quality scientific exchange, medical education, and insight gathering.Identify, collect,



and communicate actionable medical insights to support evidence generation and strategic planning.Support research initiatives, real-world evidence projects, registries, and investigator-sponsored research activities.Contribute to launch readiness activities through scientific stakeholder mapping, identification of unmet needs, and analysis of the healthcare environment.Collaborate cross-functionally to support the implementation of affiliate and regional medical objectives.Maintain a minimum of 60% field-based activity.Minimum Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in a life science, pharmacy, medicine, nursing, or other relevant scientific discipline.Advanced scientific or medical degree preferred (MD, PharmD, PhD, MSc, or equivalent).Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is strongly preferred.Experience working with hospital-based and specialist therapies.Ex
