We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team on large-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects based in Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all on-site construction activities, managing subcontractors,



and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme delivery while maintaining compliance with Australian regulatory requirements, project specifications, and client expectations.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong expertise in construction management, strategic planning, schedule and cost control, and the coordination of multidisciplinary works across civil, mechanical, electrical, and High Voltage (HV) scopes. Acting as the primary on-site representative, you will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and successful project execution.
