About the Role
We're looking for an SEO Manager to own and grow organic search performance across our core markets.



You'll blend technical SEO expertise with content strategy and commercial acumen, working cross-functionally with Product, Content and Paid Media to drive sustainable, high-intent organic traffic and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute the SEO strategy across core markets to drive organic traffic, visibility, and revenue.
- Manage technical SEO initiatives, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and international SEO.
- Develop and implement the GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) strategy to maximise visibility across AI-powered search platforms and optimise content for AI discovery.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Growth, Content, and Paid Media teams to embed SEO/GEO best practices into new features, content, and website improvements.
- Analyse performance and identify growth opportunities using SEO and analytics tools, defining KPIs, dashboards, reporting
