Your Tasks

Development Leadership
- Lead development in C# plugins and custom extensions
- Conduct deep code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Implement solution layering and environment strategies aligned with architectural guidelines
- Support and enforce governance frameworks defined by architecture and platform strategy
- Integration & Performance Oversight
- DevOps & Release Management
- Team Leadership

What We Are Looking For
- Several years of professional CRM development experience
- Multiple years of hands-on Dynamics 365 & Dataverse expertise




- Deep understanding of integration patterns and Azure-based services
- Understanding of scalable enterprise application design
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in logistics or operationally complex industries is a plus
