The challengeThe PUDO platform processes thousands of daily parcel events across Spain and Portugal on a large, battle-tested Java + Oracle codebase. The mission: keep that system stable and reliable while progressively migrating it to a modern Python + PostgreSQL stack. This is not a rewrite from scratch.
