In this role you lead Hitachi Energy’s Europe SCM efforts, directing a 100+ team and USD 1.3B spend to drive sourcing excellence, supplier performance, and sustainability. You will align regional strategies with global SCM goals and partner with engineering, projects, and cross-functional teams to improve cost, quality, delivery, and supplier reliability. You’ll promote standard processes, digital tools, and supplier audits to scale operations and enable sustainable growth. This position offers influence over strategic decisions and talent development in a dynamic, international setting.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, SCM, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of supply chain leadership experience in an industrial/project-driven environment (EPC)
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and end-to-end supply xqbhyrx chain operations
• Technical understanding of power transmission and distribution technologies (desirable)
