In this role you will design and scale partner-driven demand programs to generate pipeline and revenue across the UKI market and additional regions. You’ll bridge Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales to enable a reseller ecosystem through co-marketing, events, content, and targeted campaigns. You will adapt global strategy to local dynamics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build scalable playbooks and MDPs. This is a fast-paced growth role with a clear path to broader regional leadership as markets evolve.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own and execute the partner demand generation strategy across Middle East, Caribbean, and SEE to drive partner-led pipeline
• Plan and manage co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners (events, webinars, email, digital/paid, ABM, local activations)
• Develop market-specific marketing plans aligning Factorial’s global strategy with local dynamics




• Create partner marketing playbooks, campaign kits, and enablement materials
• Own Marketing Development Plans (MDPs) with partners including budgets and pipeline targets
• Collaborate with Partnership ABEs and Sales to align ICP, messaging, and pipeline goals
• Identify opportunities to activate partner customer bases and accelerate demand
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance with a focus on partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
• Manage partner marketing budgets, timelines, agencies, and vendors
• Support partner onboarding and activation to leverage marketing for growth
• Improve partner marketing processes and scale successful initiatives across markets
• Work cross-functionally with integral Marketing, Content, SEO, Paid, Events, and Sales
• Prepare to extend UKI ownership and later broaden responsibility as markets evolve
