Antennas and Harness Engineering Project Teams.MFT leads and Product OwnersProject Management TeamM&PProduct; Assurance Team (PA)Supply ChainGeneral ResponsibilitiesThe Payload Product Lead is the AIT thermo-mechanical project focal point, providing Technical Lead and Expertise.

Providing technical lead to the Build Process definition ensuring a correct & consistent process definition for the shopfloor.Liaises with management over manpower and budgets as necessary.Provides regular feedback to management on current progress, workings and issues on behalf of the team.Offers support to management with regards to team/department strategies or any other topics as neededSupport/mentor apprentices and new starters in to the team to foster new talent.During the Project Design Phase:Attends and/or support all project meetings / reviewsAttends and/or support the PFMA, DMU review, Project Concurrent MFTs with Design Engineering,
