As an International Mobility Specialist, you will be part of the HR Operations team, managing the end-to-end international mobility experience for assignees and ensuring compliant, well-coordinated relocations across multiple countries. This role plays a key part in supporting the organisation's integral workforce strategy by keeping international moves smooth, compliant, and cost-effective.

What The Role Involves
Assignment Management

- Manage the full lifecycle of international assignments, long-term postings, permanent transfers, and remote work arrangements
- Act as the primary point of contact for assignees throughout their relocation journey, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly
- Coordinate with immigration vendors, tax advisers, and relocation service providers to deliver timely, compliant support
- Prepare and maintain offer letters, cost projections, and reviews in partnership with the Rewards team
Compliance & Policy

- Ensure compliance with immigration requirements across all operating countries, including work permit and visa applications
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting cross-border employment and update internal processes accordingly
- Support the development and continuous improvement of global mobility policies and frameworks
- Maintain accurate records of assignees, immigration statuse
