The Vodafone Business Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) team helps customers achieve their sustainability goals through technology, expert advice, partnerships, and improved carbon efficiency across our products and services. We support Vodafone’s wider commitments to purpose, sustainability, and achieving Net Zero.
Reporting to the ESG Lead within Vodafone Business, this role will be key in delivering the Vodafone Business ESG strategy and roadmap. You will work directly with customers, supporting Sales and Account teams on ESG topics,



while also collaborating with stakeholders across Products & Services and wider Vodafone functions to influence and coordinate key programmes. The role will also support the continued evolution of our ESG strategy in response to customer needs, regulation, and industry developments.
An important area of focus will be the development of Product Lifecycle Assessments and the accurate measurement of how Vodafone’s products and services can help customers reduce their carbon footprint.
What You’ll Do
- Support and advise Vodafone Business on a wide range of ESG topics
- Work cross-functionally to deliver actions that contribute to the ESG roadmap
- Support the delivery of Vodafone’s year-end annual report, including carbon enablement, managing external consultancy support, coordinating product inputs and stakeholders, and preparing high-quality presentations for senior leaders
