Your RoleWe're looking for an experienced seasoning developer to lead and support development activities for a key strategic snack customer.



You will own the full lifecycle of seasoning solutions, from concept creation to industrial production support, ensuring strong technical performance and high customer satisfaction.
This is a hands-on role with real impact, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct customer interaction.
- Lead the development of seasoning solutions tailored to customer product portfolios
- Create, optimize, and adapt formulations based on performance targets, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure excellent application performance in finished products, including taste, stability, and process behavior
- Evaluate formulations through lab work, pilot trials, and industrial validation
- Support scale-up and production trials, both internally and at customer sites
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions when needed
- Act as a key technical contact for the customer on ongoing projects and in
