This is a technical customer support role supporting users of TV / audiovisual products (Philips TVs and related tech). Day-to-day, you’ll:

- Help Danish-speaking customers with technical issues (TV setup, connectivity, sound/display problems, smart TV apps)
- Troubleshoot problems step-by-step (Wi-Fi, HDMI, software updates, device compatibility)
- Guide customers on installation and product usage
- Escalate more complex issues to technical teams when needed
- Deliver high-quality support + customer satisfaction (CSAT/KPI driven)

In plain terms: You’re the go-to person when something isn’t working on their TV or home entertainment setup—you diagnose, fix, or guide them to a solution.
