- Own the full lifecycle of changes and user stories,



from requirements and solution design through implementation, testing, adoption and productive go-live.
- Identify opportunities to digitalize, simplify and automate end-to-end business processes.
- Plan and coordinate releases, platform updates and upgrades.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product and platform owner, developers and data engineers to build integrated and scalable solutions.
- Conduct workshops and trainings and actively drive user adoption.
- Support access, security role and license management within the platform.

- Good understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse and Power Platform; experience with Business Central is a strong advantage.
