About the Role

This is a shift-based role operating from Monday to Sunday, with rotating shifts between 18:00-02:30 and 22:00-06:30.

What You’ll Do

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve account or technical issues.

Educate guests about games, promotions, and responsible play.

Guide guests through payment and verification (KYC) processes.





Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
