Who are we looking for?

Are you a strategic leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for maximizing business performance? As Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for defining and leading the resort’s overall revenue strategy, optimizing profitability, driving growth, and ensuring a strong competitive position in the market.

As a key member of the hotel’s leadership team,



you will work closely with the General Manager and the Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to develop strategies that maximize financial performance and enhance brand value.

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven professional with strong influencing skills, capable of transforming data into strategic decisions that drive the performance of one of Europe’s most iconic luxury resorts.

Your responsibilities will include
- Strategic Revenue Management Leadership_

Define and lead the resort’s overall revenue management strategy to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.

Develop pricing, segmentation, distribution, and inventory strategies aligned with the business’s financial objectives.

Identify growth opportunities and new revenue streams through demand analysis and market trend evaluation.

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term revenue planning processes.
