About the Role

GR8 Real Estate is looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team in Marbella.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Set clear sales objectives and monitor team performance.
- Assist agents with lead qualification, property matching, viewings and negotiations.
- Develop and implement practical strategies to increase sales and generate new business.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, appointments and sales activity through the CRM.
- Support agents in negotiating offers and progressing transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, investors and professional partners.
- Develop new business opportunities and contribute to the company's sales pipeline.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the Marbella and Costa del Sol property market.




- Work closely with management and the marketing team to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.
- Help recruit, train and develop new sales agents when required.
- Ensure professional standards and consistent client service across the sales team.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Marbella or the Costa del Sol.
- Previous sales management or team leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing property transactions.
- Strong knowledge of the Marbella and Costa del Sol real estate market.
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coach, motivate and hold sales agents accountable for their performance.
- Strong understanding of the full property sales process in Spain.
- Confident working with international buyers, sellers and investors.
