This role is great additional to finance team, helping on administrative tasks and supporting the team on ad-hoc activities. Essential

Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include Accounts Payables process - posting invoices from suppliers,



daily contact with suppliers and following any questions they might have together with handling automatized bank entries.

Additionally, supporting the accounting department on operational tasks such as checking and entering expense reports, filing and archiving, monitoring customer payments and following up by phone or mail if necessary,

Your support will be also instrumental in ad-hoc activities that will enable smooth finance operations

Education and Experience

Ideally, you have a two-year degree ( equivalent to Grado Superior ) in administrative business management

You have 2+ years of experience in administrative roles and experience from international environment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

You are bringing 2+ years’ experience from administrative positions

You understand financial transactions, especially from the area of expenses and accounts payables

You have customer-oriented mindset and drive for r
