- Responsibilities

You will be engaged in all technical-commercial aspects of our projects, including but not limited to:
- Analysis of customer technical requirements and evaluation of project needs to define product solutions aligned with mission specifications.
- Preparation of commercial proposals, including detailed technical descriptions, work schedules, and financial quotations for customer review and approval.
- Management and maintenance of project databases, ensuring accurate and updated information to support future contract preparation.
- Development of preliminary CAD models to support proposal activities, including initial mechanical and electrical estimations to validate the technical feasibility of the solution.
- Coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically accurate, reliable, and aligned with internal capabilities and processes.
- Participation in commercial events, customer meetings, and technical reviews, providing direct technical support and strengthening market knowledge.




- Contribution to the continuous improvement of internal processes related to proposal generation, customer communication, and project definition.
- Support during early project phases to ensure a smooth transition from commercial definition to detailed engineering.

Education and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering or related fields.
- A Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or an MBA is desirable.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; ideally 1-3 years in technical, engineering, or technical-commercial roles.
- Advanced business-level proficiency in English (spoken and written), equivalent to C1
- Availability to travel for customer visits, events, or proposal-related activities.
